1.Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
- A: We’re a professional manufacturer, with the experiences more than 20years.
2.Q: Can your products be customized?
- A: Yes, we can produce the pens and packages according to your request. We do OEM, ODM and the customized designs.
3.Q: What is the MOQ?
- A: Normally we require 500 pieces per model for the existed models, and 1,000-3,000 pieces according to different artworks for the customized pens.
4.Q: Can I get a sample?
- A: Yes, we can arrange requested samples as your requirements.
5.Q: How long for a sample and the production order?
- A: For the standard samples, it takes 10-15 days. The production order time is 30-35days after your confirmation.
6.Q: What can I do if goods received are damaged?
- A: Generally, we supply 1 year warranty with our products, meanwhile any defective products, please send us the photos, videos or the defective ones, we can give you the replacement.
